The challenges for this project are due to the fact that serviced apartment fall under hotel purposed group and URA conservation guide.  Since this project only occupied one shop-house unit and requirement for hotel are very strict which makes it a very challenging project to handle.

I have been mainly involved in the authority submission and waiver for these project, making sure that requirement from different department are met. I also coordinate with the consultants to make sure that the project run smoothly.
